The conditions of the competition 

 the nominating authority in participant country shall grantee that he is qualified proficient excellent in memorization and completely ready for the com petition –

 the participant must be a regular military male in the armed forces of his country and have spent a period of no less than two years in military service and still on the job –

The country participates in the side it prefers, provided that the number of participants does not exceed one in each side –

each country is entitled to participate with four competitors, including the head of delegation –

 contestant is not permitted to change the chosen category after application is approved. and he must adhere to it –

 contestant is not allowed to apologize for the competition after his arrival to state of Libya –

 the participant must wear military uniform during competition sessions and official events –

This is a preliminary form and is not considered valid until it is sending the names of the participants, approving the form, and sending it through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs –
